The Jackson Hole Airport encourages carpooling and shuttle use to minimize the environmental footprint of transportation in the valley.  During peak travel times (e.g. over the winter holidays and the 4th of July) public long term parking can become congested with limited availability.  Please use this guide to explore all the transportation options available to and from the Jackson Hole Airport and remember, having a friend provide a ride, using a shuttle, or sharing a taxi to the airport can save you money and benefit the environment.

  • Click here to view up-to-date driving conditions for the greater Jackson area.
  • – When driving to or from the airport at night, the speed limit in the Park is 45 mph during evening hours. This speed limit reduction is due to the frequent wildlife crossing that can occur on the roads. Please respect this and drive carefully.

  • – If you see an animal near the road, expect more to follow. Please be patient if you see cars slowing down for wildlife.
  • – From November 1 to April 15 annually, the Town of Jackson prohibits parking on public streets and parking lots from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. to help facilitate snow removal activities. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to ticketing or tow.
