The Airport has a fully staffed Host Team available to support guests throughout the day. Airport users can stop by the Information Desk if they have questions or if they need additional assistance.
The information desk is staffed:
5:00 am – 10:00 pm daily
**Please note: The last flight of the evening sometimes dictates how late the host team is available. For inquiries on specific dates, please contact the information desk.
The information desk is located near the baggage claim area of the terminal.
Airlines coordinate wheelchair services from ticket counters to departure gate, and from arrival gates to the baggage claim. Contact your airline directly to make a reservation before you come to the airport.
Sunflower lanyards discreetly signal to airport staff and stakeholders that someone may need additional support, guidance, or patience. The optional lanyards are free to travelers who have a hidden disability, and are available at the airport’s information desk.

There are three designated pet relief areas at JAC.
Outdoors
1. From the ticketing lobby, exit the furthest north doors and turn left. There is a grassy area located on the northern corner of the sidewalk and terminal building.
2. From the baggage claim area, exit the east facing doors and turn right on the sidewalk until a parking area is reached. There is a grassy area located on the west side of the parking area along the airport perimeter fence. Mutt Mitts and trash receptacles are available in both areas for your convenience.
Indoors (past the security checkpoint)
3. For outbound passengers, there is a third pet relief area across from gate 7 of the departure lounge.
