The Jackson Hole Airport offers a variety of services and amenities to help keep travelers relaxed and comfortable.

If time allows, be sure to walk through the entire facility to view the Airport’s impressive art collection and featured local photography.

Rest easy in our ticketing lobby seating areas, take a break in one of the over-sized swivel chairs in the baggage claim nook, or grab a chair by the fireplace while you wait to board your plane. The restaurant space offers a variety of seating and outlets for passengers.

Terminal Map

The Airport has a fully staffed Host Team available to support guests throughout the day. Airport users can stop by the Information Desk if they have questions or if they need additional assistance.

For many, the Airport is an important stop in their journey and our hosts want to make sure it’s a positive experience. The Airport’s motto is “People Helping People” and the Host Team embodies this each day making sure travel is stress-free and memorable.

Jedidiah’s offers a full service restaurant located on the north end of the Airport’s gate area (near gates 9-10) once passengers are through the security screening checkpoint. This space has a variety of tables, lounge chairs and outlets to meet passengers’ needs.

Jedidiah’s also operates a well-stocked grab-and-go market in the baggage claim area just beyond carousel 3. Find all your favorite items and specialty coffee drinks at this convenient location!

Bear Aware Bear Spray Rentals has a staffed kiosk in the baggage claim building for travelers to rent bear spray upon arrival and return it before departing. This service is offered during the summer season (Jun-Oct), and the rental kiosk is located near baggage carousel 3 and is staffed seven days a week during that time. There is also a 24-hour return drop box, and the Airport offers bear spray recycling receptacles throughout the facility.

Bear spray recycling reduces waste and provides a safe option for visitors to ensure they have access to bear spray during their stay. A reminder that bear spray is a prohibited item that cannot be packed in checked or carry-on luggage.

Jedediah’s at the Airport

Jedediah’s at the Airport has an excellent assortment of souvenirs, books and snacks for that last minute gift from Jackson Hole.

Grand Teton National Park Book Shop

When you make a purchase from the park bookstores, you are supporting the educational, interpretive, and scientific programs in Grand Teton National Park. All profits from your purchases are used to finance new publications and to assist the National Park Service to lead visitors not only to admire but to better understand our parks.

Restrooms

There is a restroom located at the north end of the ticketing area of the terminal, and another located at the south end of the baggage claim area. Once past the security checkpoint, there is a bathroom opposite boarding gate 3 down the hallway. There is another bathroom, a nursing mother’s room, and a pet relief room that are all opposite gates 7-8 in the boarding area.

Drinking Fountains

There is a hydration station located next to the bathrooms on the south end of the baggage claim area. Past security, additional hydration stations are located in the boarding area next to the bathrooms opposite gates 3 and 7.

There is a full service restaurant, bar, gift shop, drinking fountains, and a grab-and-go market inside the boarding area for your convenience.

Wireless internet access from Silverstar is available throughout the terminal free of charge. To access the internet from inside the terminal, please follow the directions below:

1. Go to the settings menu on your device and select Wi-Fi. Choose ‘Free Airport Internet.’

2. Wait a few moments and a Silver Star Agreement will display on the screen. Click ‘Accept and Continue’ at the bottom of the agreement.

3. The device should go directly to Jacksonholeairport.com. From this location users can enter any address in the web browser to browse the internet.

For your convenience an ATM machine is located off the baggage claim area next to the restrooms.  An additional ATM machine is located in the departure lounge just past the security checkpoint, near gate 3.

Bike Racks

Bike racks are available outside near the Airport’s baggage claim exit. Airport users can leave a bike on a rack while they are traveling. Rack space may be limited, and please remember to securely lock your bike if you plan to leave it. The Airport is not responsible for lost or damaged bikes or items left unattended on or attached to a bike. Please use caution on the Airport’s access road as there is no bike path or shoulder on the road.

Teton County Library Bookshelf

Visit the Teton County Library Bookshelf outside the restaurant to browse for interesting titles and take a book or leave a book for the next visitor!

Designated Pet Relief Areas

There are three designated pet relief areas at JAC. From the ticketing lobby, exit the furthest north doors and turn left. There is a grassy area located on the northern corner of the sidewalk and terminal building. From the baggage claim area, exit the east facing doors and turn right on the sidewalk until a parking area is reached. There is a grassy area located on the west side of the parking area along the airport perimeter fence.  Mutt Mitts and trash receptacles are available in both areas for your convenience.  For outbound passengers, there is a third pet relief area across from gate 7 of the departure lounge.
