NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION & ACCEPTANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Hole Airport Board has accepted CMAR GMP Amendment 2024-5, FBO Terminal & Administration Building as Substantially Complete according to the contract and associated documents. On or after the 24^th day of February 2026, the Jackson Hole Airport Board will pay to Wadman Corporation, the CMAR, any payment retained by the Board together with any other amounts due under the Contract. This Notice is published in compliance with Wyoming Statute Section 16-6-116(a).
