Request for Proposals – Food & Beverage and Retail Concessions

The Jackson Hole Airport Board has published an RFP for Food and Beverage and Retail Concessions at the Jackson Hole Airport. The Airport is seeking proposals for one operator to manage and operate two Airport concession locations: 1) a food and beverage and retail concept located post-security adjacent to the passenger waiting area, and 2) a grab-and-go market with coffee located pre-security in the baggage claim area. Proposals will be due November 5, 2025, prior to 3:00 pm. Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Goal Setting

The Jackson Hole Airport hereby announces its proposed Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) participation goal of 0.08% for non-car rentals and 2.53% for car rentals. The proposed goals pertain to federal fiscal years 2025 through 2027. A teleconference will be held on October 24^th between 1 PM and 1:30 PM MT for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process. Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Hole Airport Board has accepted the WYDOT Project No. AGMP40X / AJA013A – 2025 Seal Coat & Mark Project, Schedule(s) I, II, III, IV, & V as Substantially Complete according to the contract and associated documents. On or after the 25^th day of November 2025, the Jackson Hole Airport Board will pay to American Road Maintenance, Inc, the Contractor, any payment retained by the Jackson Hole Airport Board together with any other amounts due under the Contract. This Notice is published in compliance with Wyoming Statute Section 16-6-116(a).
