Public Record Requests
Applications may be made to the Jackson Hole Airport Board for the inspection or production of public records under the Wyoming Public Records Act, W.S. §§16-4-201 through 16-4-204. Applications must be made in writing to the Designated Public Records Person (“DPRP”), who is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO). A Public Records Request Form, in writable form, is available here and must be used to request the inspection or copies of public records. The Form may be submitted by e-mail to publicrecords@jhairport.org, or by mail to Jackson Hole Airport Board, Attn: CFO, 1250 East Airport Road, PO Box 159, Jackson, WY 83001. Please fill out the Form completely and make your request as detailed as possible, providing a date range if possible. In accordance with the Wyoming Public Records Act and Board policy, public records will be released as soon as possible, but within thirty (30) calendar days unless extraordinary conditions prevent their release
