Jackson, Wyoming – Pursuant to Executive Order 14042, all Jackson Hole Airport Board employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8, 2021. The Federal COVID-19 vaccination mandate applies to all employees of Federal contractors, which includes the Jackson Hole Airport’s transportation security officers, operations staff, administration staff, and seasonal staff such as snow removal operators and airport hosts.
“Because we have a contract with the Transportation Security Administration, we must comply with the Federal vaccine mandate. We know this mandate will create additional challenges for our staff and organization, but this regulation was issued at the Federal level and the Jackson Hole Airport Board is required to comply with it,” stated Jackson Hole Airport Director, Jim Elwood.
