REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

AIRCRAFT DEICING FLUID SUPPLIER

JACKSON HOLE AIRPORT

Sealed Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM MDT, July 24, 2024, by the Jackson Hole Airport Board, 1250 East Airport Road Jackson, WY 83001.  The Board is seeking a qualified Vendor to provide the supply Aircraft Deicing Fluid to the Jackson Hole Airport.

RFP documents may be obtained from the Jackson Hole Airport, Administration Manager, Anna Valsing, by email at anna.valsing@jhairport.org.  Sealed Proposals may be submitted to the above address and are to be marked: “Aircraft Deicing Fluid Supplier Proposal”.

The Jackson Hole Airport Board, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. The successful Vendor will be required to comply with all EEO, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Jackson Hole Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 3.86% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2025 through 2027. NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR’S SETTLEMENT

Notice is hereby given that on or after the 1^st day of September, 2024, final settlement will be made by Jackson Hole Airport Board, for and on account of the contract of said:

Knife River Corporation – Mountain West\

Company

for the furnishing and installation of Improvements to the Jackson Hole Airport, AIP Project No. 3-56-0014-063/064-2020 and 067/070-2021 / WYDOT Project No. AJA001A/B/C/D Runway 1/19 Reconstruction Project including Change Order No.13 – VSR Road and Bridge and any person, co-partnership, association or corporation who has an unpaid lien against said Knife River Corporation – Mountain West for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provision, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of the subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including said time of final settlement on said 1^st day of September, 2024, file a verified statement in the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with Jackson Hole Airport Board.

Failure on the part of the claimant to file such final statement will relieve said Owner from all and any liability for such claim.
