Open Positions

The Jackson Hole Airport Board is seeking candidates for an Office Administrator.  This is a full-time, year-round position.  Primary responsibilities will be receptionist and administrative duties in the airport’s Administration Office. This position will support and work with all administration staff as part of a cohesive and hard-working team.  This position interacts with all airport staff, Board members, stakeholders and the public.

Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of administrative office experience is preferred.  Candidates must have strong computer skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task. Exceptional people skills and customer service skills are a must.

The Jackson Hole Airport Board is seeking candidates for an Accounting Assistant. This is a full-time year-round position with excellent pay and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on experience.

Duties may include:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Billing and collection
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Payroll processing
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports

 

Exceptional people skills are a must. The successful candidate will be able to show demonstrated success working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A 2 or 4 year accounting degree is preferred.

Required skills:

  1. Corporate accounting/bookkeeping
  2. Payroll processing
  3. General ledger
  4. Accounts receivable
  5. Advanced computer skills in corporate accounting/financial software
  6. Administrative and customer service experience
  7. Ability to work with sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality

Experience working at a commercial service airport, general aviation airport, or in military aviation is preferred.
