Travel with Ease and Arrive Two Hours Early

The Jackson Hole Airport is small in size and can experience crowding during the summer and winter seasons.  Avoid long lines and arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled flight time.  The flight schedule is robust from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. through 4 p.m. daily.  We strongly recommend getting to the airport early if your arriving or departing flights are within this time frame.  Events like weather or flight schedule modifications could also create congestion during off-peak times. Travel with ease and arrive 2 hours early. Miss out on standing in long lines and take advantage of your extra time by enjoying some hot food and complimentary WiFi while you wait to board.

Below are a few helpful tips in preparation for your departure.

1. Delta and United passengers can check-in and pay for their bags online.  Due to weight limits for luggage (50 pounds or less), passengers must queue  to process checked luggage.  Luggage scales are available in the ticketing terminal to ensure proper weight distribution of bags.  Please take the time to weigh your luggage and avoid repacking items at the airline ticketing counters.
2. Print the receipt and keep the digital confirmation.
3. Arrive at least 2 hours before departure with online check-in receipts.
4. Relax an enjoy complimentary WiFi in the terminal.
