Jackson Hole wins United Airlines Golden Boot award for March and April 2015
The “Golden Boot Award” is a United Airlines ski season performance competition between Jackson Hole, Eagle/Vail, Aspen, Pueblo, Hayden/Steamboat Spring, Montrose/Telluride, Grand Junction, Gunnison/Crested Butte and Durango. United Airlines Regional Manager Ron Lance designed the program to promote a friendly but competitive way to improve performance in all United operated mountain resorts. There are several performance categories including ticket counter check-in, on-time departures, baggage handling etc. Our first flight in the morning left on-time or early 94% for the month of March with no cancellations on United or United Express. Our United customer satisfaction for overall airport experience in Jackson is at an all-time high of 85%. This award is a definite reflection of the hard work and dedication from Skywest General Manager Jen Brewer and the entire SkyWest team. During my 30 year career I have never met a friendlier more professional group of co-workers – Jeff Weaver United Airlines General Manager Jackson Hole Wyoming.
